Refund & Return Policy

We are happy to refund your item* if it is faulty only. However, all refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds apply to product only. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded.

Should you have any concerns with an item you purchased, including faults, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern quickly.

If your item was a gift, you will need to have the purchaser contact us to apply for the refund.

Please note, items that are purchased with a discount code, are treated as sale items and are not able to be returned or refunded.
