Delivery and Returns
We use Australia Post to send out all orders made in Australia, using standard Parcel Post (unless a regular service is selected). Tracking numbers are provided via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is monitored, including junk mail. We use an automated delivery system, so please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Pop Ya Tot is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels. Please allow a week turnaround time for ALL orders. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive.
To keep costs to a minimum, we use Economy Air (untracked) for all international orders. The applicable shipping charges will be included in your order at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive. Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting Pop Ya Tot.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
For hygiene reasons, returns/exchanges are not available for our dummies, dummy chains or teething products unless they are defective. We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product.
