Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order, except for pre-orders, which are stated on each individual product listing.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle for domestic packages.
International Shipping (rest of world, with exceptions)
For International orders, the applicable shipping charges will be included in your order at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.
Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive.
Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting Pop Ya Tot.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to refund your item* if it is faulty only. However, all refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds apply to product only. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded.
