Our Heirloom Knitted Gowns in Brown Rib is an exclusive Pop Ya Tot design. Made with announcement photos and newborn photography in mind, we wanted to design a special piece of clothing that will be a family hand-me-down for years to come.

Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
- Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order, except for pre-orders, which are stated on each individual product listing.
- We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle for domestic packages.
International Shipping (rest of world, with exceptions)
- For International orders, the applicable shipping charges will be included in your order at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.
- Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive.
- Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting Pop Ya Tot.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to refund your item* if it is faulty only. However, all refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds apply to product only. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded.
Should you have any concerns with an item you purchased, including faults, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern quickly.
If your item was a gift, you will need to have the purchaser contact us to apply for the refund.
