I had purchased a few items, and written a note when checking out as the images on the website were pixelated and I wanted to confirm that I had chosen the correct colours to match another item, and I received my items without any response from anyone.
I then reached out on Instagram and didn’t receive a response so I emailed and received ‘one-word’ responses with no answer to my question. I was then told that they they only read the notes section for gifts, which means they do see it before processing the order, but they just do nothing about it. I haven’t even received a response to my last email. Absolutely ridiculous!
They also don’t allow reviews on their Facebook or Google pages…No wonder why!
You can use this popup to promote newsletter signups, but that's not all! You could also omit the form and include action buttons linked to your pages and products instead. Or, use the popup to present an 'agree-to-terms' message that must be accepted before a visitor enters your shop!
